FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions families ask most before beginning the House of Ease Intensive.
What age is the Intensive designed for?
The House of Ease Intensive is designed specifically for toddlers, approximately 18 months to 3 years old — the stage where sleep, routines and independence are most closely connected.
Do you use cry-it-out methods?
No. Every plan is built around your family's values and your child's temperament. I'll always talk you through the approach before we begin, so you feel comfortable and informed at every stage.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. The House of Ease Intensive is delivered entirely remotely — by consultation call and WhatsApp — so I can support families wherever they're based.
What happens after the Discovery Call?
If it feels like the right fit, you'll book and pay for the Intensive, complete a short onboarding questionnaire, and then begin with your 90-minute Initial Consultation. There's no obligation to proceed after the call.
Can support be personalised to our family?
Entirely — that's the foundation of how I work. There is no template plan. Everything is built from your onboarding questionnaire and Initial Consultation, around your child and your home.
How quickly will we begin?
Onboarding begins as soon as you book, with your 90-minute Initial Consultation typically scheduled within one to two weeks.
What if we need support after the six weeks end?
Many families feel confident and settled by the end of the Intensive. If you'd like continued support, do reach out — I'm always happy to discuss what that could look like.
