Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [Date]
These terms govern your use of the House of Ease website and your engagement of our services. By booking a Discovery Call or the House of Ease Intensive, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Discovery Calls
The Discovery Call is a complimentary 20-minute introductory conversation. It does not constitute personalised advice, a sleep plan, or the start of the House of Ease Intensive. Booking a Discovery Call does not obligate either party to proceed further.
2. The House of Ease Intensive
The House of Ease Intensive is a six-week, one-to-one consultancy service priced at £1,500. The service includes onboarding, a 90-minute Initial Consultation, a personalised sleep and routine plan, Monday–Friday WhatsApp support, weekly progress reviews and a final consultation, as described on our website at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place on the House of Ease Intensive, payable via the method specified at the time of booking. Your six-week programme begins once payment has been received and your onboarding questionnaire has been completed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
[Insert cancellation window, e.g. "Cancellations made more than 14 days before the Initial Consultation are eligible for a full refund."] Cancellations made after this period, or after the Intensive has begun, [insert refund/rescheduling policy]. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your Initial Consultation.
5. Client Responsibilities
To get the most from the House of Ease Intensive, clients agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, engage with the plan in good faith, and communicate promptly with any concerns during the six-week support period.
6. Medical Disclaimer
House of Ease provides sleep and routine consultancy support and does not offer medical advice. If your child has a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your GP or paediatrician alongside our support.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during your consultancy — including onboarding details, consultations and WhatsApp messages — is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the House of Ease Intensive, including personalised plans and written guidance, are for your family's private use only and may not be reproduced, resold or shared without written permission.
9. Communication Expectations
Monday–Friday WhatsApp support is provided during standard working hours and does not include weekends or public holidays. Response times may vary, though every effort is made to reply promptly during the working week.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every recommendation is made in good faith and tailored to your family, House of Ease cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every child and household differs. [Insert further limitation of liability wording as advised by a solicitor.]
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
